The Estates at Davis Village is located on the corner of the new Morrisville Parkway extension and Davis Dr. That puts the neighborhood within minutes of shopping, restaurants, Prestonwood Country Club, parks and recreation, and a short drive from RDU International Airport and Research Triangle Park (RTP).
That's not all the good news. The neighborhood is priced from the mid 200's to the upper $300's for the single family homes. That is unheard of in such a Cary, NC location. They don't have many lots; the community will be fairly small, around 60+ homes or less, so if you want to make a move, you need to act soon. I heard they sold 20 homes at the VIP event.
Alongside the detached homes, there will be a collection of very nice townhomes. I imagine those will go quickly too.
Don't hesitate to make your move on a home in Pulte's new community, The Estates at Davis Village. The price, location, and homes they are offering will be a great investment as far as I can tell.
