Cary Park subdivision in Cary, North Carolina is a PUD (Planned Unit Development) covering a very large area on the Northwest side of town; it is close to Raleigh Durham Airport and Research Triangle Park (RTP).

The neighborhood really is a park; it has a small lake surrounded by walking trails and a greenway built by the parks and recreation department. The streets are lined with sidewalks which is great for walking, running, and dog walking. At the back side of the community off of Cary Glen is the neighborhood amenity center equipped with a zero entry pool, 6 lane lap pool, water slide, tot lot, playground, volley ball court, and a  play field.
