Double Down on a full service listing means the following: if you help with marketing costs up front, we will double the amount of your contribution and give it back to you at closing.
Every home seller needs/deserves a break in the commissions they pay to us Realtors--especially these days. At the same time, Freedom Realty Firm spends quite a bit of money on each and every home we list. It costs us (your trusty Realtors) time and money too. So here is a win win solution; if you pay a non-refundable up front fee (up to $600) when we sign the listing agreement, Freedom Realty Firm will double that amount and subtract it from the commission rate at closing. If you pay $600 up front, we will credit you back $1200 at closing; if you pay $300 up front, we will credit you back $600 at closing and so on. Our cost liability goes down while you save more on realtor commissions!! Everybody wins!! How often does that happen?
Flat Fee Listing, For Sale By Owner, and MLS Entry only clients: if you get an offer and decide you want us to step back in to negotiate and navigate the contract through to closing. You can double the money you put down too. We will complete your transaction for a fair rate of the gross sales price (including buyer agent's commission) minus $1198.
